Cobalt Construction employs over 150 workers seasonally. Positions include but aren’t limited to: labourers, servicemen, flaggers, class 1 and 3 drivers with air brakes endorsement, heavy equipment operators, drillers, camp cooks, administration, project managers, project controllers, surveyors, foreman and superintendents.

This role will report directly to the President and will work alongside our closely with our Travel HR Admin and alongside the Operations team.  Ideal candidates will be experienced in full cycle Human Resources, Public Relations and Executive Admin functions.
